Always available, secure and transparent
NORIAN’s customer portal makes you to achieve better control of documents, reports, projects etc and simplifies the cooperation. You will have access through a standard browser or our mobile app. The portal is easy to be used and is built on Microsoft Office365 that facilitates document sharing, follow-up tasks in addition to archiving reports and contracts.
SERVICE GOVERNANCE MODEL
Daily communications and structured development
NORIAN standard governance model is based on that you have daily contact with defined persons in our Delivery Teams and our local Service Manager. Your customer relation will be followed also by our internal compliance as well as a defined Contract Manager.
NORIAN emphasis the value of having a close corporation with our customers. In addition to offer you daily support and conduct our daily tasks, our Service Manager will monthly contact you to discuss improvements and solutions to reduce time and costs. Concerning larger customers we will plan to organize an yearly workshop with our Delivery Teams and an expert from our Intelligent Automation team to discuss future innovations.
